Chairwoman

Nicole Ann Hubka serves as Chairwoman of the Middlesex County Young Republican Federation. A lifelong conservative from Old Bridge, New Jersey, Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Studies from Fordham University. She has dedicated her time to grassroots organizing, voter outreach, and building the next generation of Republican leadership throughout New Jersey.

In March 2026, Nicole successfully re-chartered the Middlesex County Young Republican Federation, restoring an official Young Republican presence in the county after six years without an active chapter. Under her leadership, the organization has focused on recruiting young conservatives, expanding membership, supporting Republican candidates, organizing community events, and strengthening relationships with county and local Republican organizations. Her vision is to build a united, active, and service-driven organization that empowers young Republicans to make a lasting impact across Middlesex County and New Jersey.

Amit Ganguly serves as the Vice Chair of the Middlesex County Young Republicans Federation. A lifelong patriot from Edison, he holds a degree in Microbiology. In his role, he hopes to drive voter turnout and establish the foundation for a revived state party that can bring Jersey the change it so rightfully deserves.

Daniel Urgo is 18 years old and proudly serves on the Executive Board of the Middlesex County Young Republicans Federation. A proud member of the Catholic Church, he grounds his political beliefs in faith, tradition, and moral conviction. He identifies as a traditional conservative, an American exceptionalist, and a patriot deeply devoted to the values of this nation.

Treasurer

Kennedy Stead is a U.S. Army veteran and IT professional based in Middlesex Borough. He holds a B.S. in Network Engineering and Security and brings a background in technology to his work with the Middlesex County Young Republicans Federation. As chapter treasurer, he’s focused on building a stronger conservative bench in the county and getting more people his age involved in the process.

State Committeeman

Javin proudly serves as committeeman for the Middlesex County Young Republicans Federation. He is an incoming freshman at Emory University, originally from Woodbridge, NJ, and has been passionate about politics since he was 12 years old. He identifies as an America First conservative and a patriot deeply devoted to the values of this nation. Javin believes in putting American citizens and communities first, and is committed to getting more young people involved in the conservative movement and building a stronger Republican presence across the county.
